Q1: In the case of defective article, what should rental terminal do?

A1: After returning product about rental terminal which we provide, we make sure of management in reset of system unit, cleaning including operation check, but accept the following case apparatus exchange after the application.
・Though service area is inner, we cannot be connected in outside. (we cannot click "connection" of HW utility button)
・After the connection, we are cut in a few minutes.
・PC does not recognize rental apparatus.
・We cannot install HW utility or driver in PC.
Sorry for your inconvenience, but, in the case of poor terminal and trouble, please contact customer center within three days from delivery date of rental apparatus.
As you send out terminal substitute than customer center on the same day, please return by "slip for return" bundling defectiveness, trouble terminal with substitute terminal (cash on delivery).

Q2: We have been damaged at rental terminal. How much is the repair price?

A2: It depends on degree of damage, but, in the case of total loss (repair impossibility), demands indemnity of the following amount of money.
In addition, we demand the following amount of money from loss, damage of bundled accessories as indemnity equally.
We demand request in conjunction with use amount of money after the use at stage of tightening at end.
